Cancellation Policy 

The time reserved for our patients is very important to us. In order to provide the best care for our patients, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations. CoolSculpting appointments must give at least 72-hour notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations given that CoolSculpting appointments are a minimum of 2 hours.

 

Please note that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient on our wait list. We understand that schedules change, and we are available by phone and email for any appointment adjustments.

 

Notification given at least 24-hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. 

 

We require a $500 deposit for CoolSculpting treatments. CoolSculpting appointment adjustments or cancellations must given 72-hour prior to the appointment. Notification given at least 72-hours prior to a CoolSculpting appointment will receive no charges. 

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments 

We ask that all patients provide us with a valid credit card at the time of booking. All credit cards are securely stored in our system. The following amounts will be charged to your credit card for late cancellations and missed appointments. 

 

30 minute appointments - $50 late cancellation fee 

45 minutes + appointments - $150 late cancellation fee
