Cancellation Policy 

The time reserved for our patients is very important to us. In order to provide the best care for our patients, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations. CoolSculpting appointments must give at least 48-hour notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations given that CoolSculpting appointments are a minimum of 2 hours.


Please note that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient on our wait list. We understand that schedules change, and we are available by phone, text for any appointment adjustments.


Notification given at least 24-hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. 


Deposits will not be reimbursed for no-shows or notification given less than 24-hours prior to the appointment time.


CoolSculpting appointment adjustments or cancellations must give 48-hour notice.


We ask that all patients provide us with a valid credit card at the time of booking. All credit cards are securely stored in our system. The following deposits will be charged to your credit card upon booking and will be applied to your total amount due at the time of treatment.
